If your order has not yet been shipped, our team will make every effort to amend the shipping address. However, if the address alteration is not feasible, the order will be shipped to the initially provided address, and such orders are not eligible for refunds. Please be aware that on rare occasions, address changes may result in additional shipping costs (e.g., shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or international destinations), which may become the customer's responsibility.
