We stand by everything we sell. So if you open your order and you’re not happy, we’ll reprint or give you an account credit.

If that doesn’t help, we’ll refund you in full.

Shipping Policy

Best Gifter ships merchandise within the United States. Orders shipping rates are based on weight and shipped directly through USPS. Best Gifter uses USPS Ground shipping as our primary shipping method of shipping as well as USPS flat rate when applicable.

Expedited shipping can be purchased at checkout. Best Gifter currently does not offer international shipment. For inquires about international orders, please contact our support team. Additional fees may apply, such as handling fees, return fees, and more. You will be contacted in such cases with alternate options if shipment is returned or requires special needs.  Please read our Terms & Conditions to see any additional shipping restrictions we may have. Qualifying orders over $49 are eligible for free our Free Shipping Promotion. Some exclusions may apply, read into our Frequently Asked Questions for details. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are part of those exclusions. Expedited shipping is also excluded from our Free Shipping Promotion. Our Free Shipping promotion utilized USPS Ground Transport (2-6 days) as our primary shipping method. Upgrade is available at rates determined by order weight and USPS shipping rates, viewable at checkout.

Free Shipping is available on all Domestic orders over $49 within the United States.  For products under $49, a shipping fee will vary depending on the product ordered, size and weight.  Shipping is available within the United States at this time. Third-party retails may ship outside of the US. Best Gifter may temporarily nullify the Free Shipping over $49 during promotions. If this is the case, a disclaimer will be displayed for your viewing. Best Gifter does not guarantee free shipping from third-party retailers and will not assume liability on ​any mishandling of parcel sent through the mail.

All shipments will be sent via USPS and should be delivered in 2-5 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please allow 2-4 days for delivery. Larger bulk orders are generally shipped via UPS.
